PRIVATELY COMMISSIONED PORTRAITURE
When significant change occurs in our lives, it's a tradition to document
those transformative events. I document and celebrate the personal and emotional
growth, transitions, fantasies, and achievements of my clients. A new relationship.
The achievement of a personal fitness goal. A significant body modification.
An improved physique. A new role to play. A new gender to discover. A romantic
portrait for a significant other.
This is a very personal and private type of art. As documents of personal evolution, they are symbolic images - photographic talismans of change and growth as an individual, for an individual. You won't see these very special and private images on this website - they belong only to those who commissioned them. But I have chosen a selection of my commercial portrait photography for you to peruse and evaluate. I hope that you enjoy them.

I am also pleased to offer photographic services especially tailored to the needs of artists, artisans, craftspeople and other creatives. I recognize the need every serious artist has for very high quality photographic documentation of their work - for jury submissions, promotional mailings, catalogs and archiving purposes. I can capture your work in perfect color and offer you photographic representation of the very highest quality. I will work with you, one on one, until every image is perfect.
PORTRAITURE AND PERFORMANCE PHOTOGRAPHY
My photographic work is focused on portraiture and performance: faces, expressions,
emotions. Actors and dancers at work. The play and movement of gesture,
the body in motion and at rest.
My goal is to create striking and dramatic imagery that maintains a simplicity
of style and design. Working either in the studio or at a live performance,
I try to capture the unique spirit and personality of every individual who
invites me to interpret them through my lens.
GRAPHIC SERVICES FOR ARTISTS AND ARTISANS
With over 25 years of experience in the graphic
arts field, I offer a variety of graphic services to artists, artisans,
and other individuals and organizations. Slide scanning, print scanning, image enhancement and repair, presentation design and consultation are available.
All of my work - public or private - is always created within an atmosphere of trust, respect, empathy and discretion.
